EN03

The ENCLADTM EN03 engineered rainscreen support system is designed for secret fixing of HPL, Porcelain and Terracotta cladding materials in vertical orientation.

The support system can accommodate various insulation thickness in the rainscreen cavity to assist with meeting H1-energy efficiency requirements.

EN03 consists of an engineered grip slide bracket which allows the vertical cladding support rail to be adjusted in and out so the system can easily accommodate building tolerances without the need for packers. A horizontal rail bridges the space between the vertical rails and allows for the cladding panels to be mounted by way rear undercut anchor fixed clips.

The support system can be used in conjunction with different rainscreen cladding types inclusive of:

  • Terracotta tiles in vertical orientation
  • Porcelain
  • Screen printed glass
  • Ceramics
  • Stone
  • High Pressure Laminates (HPL)

System Features:

The EN03 engineered rainscreen support system is extruded from 3mm solid aluminium as a minimum to meet (B1) Structure compliance.

The extrusions are Duralloy powdercoated for enhanced (B2) Durability compliance.

  • Non-combustible.
  • Accommodates insulation/firestops within cladding cavity zone.
  • Adjusts to take up building tolerance & plumb level.
  • Suitable for multiple cladding types.
  • Secret fixed cladding panels.
