Health & Safety Policy

The Insite Health and Safety policy and procedures have continuously developed and adapted to ensure the health and safety of staff at all times. The policies and procedures have been established in accordance with, but not limited to the following items:

  • Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 2015
  • Approved Codes of Practice (ACOP)
  • Industry best practice

Insite's Health and Safety Committee brings together employees from all levels and sites in a quarterly meeting to discuss health and safety matters big and small. These Safety Reps are advocates for their teams and take great pride and responsibility in this role, they have helped us achieve some great contributions and improvements to not only overall safety on site, but also for worker comfort and well-being.

Health & Safety Policy Statement

Insite Facades Limited is committed to providing and maintaining both a safe and healthy work environment for our staff.  We achieve this through on-site training, support and supervision.

Our employees are required to strictly follow company safety plans, rules and procedures. They maintain a safe and healthy workplace through the following ways:

  • Becoming actively involved in our workplace health and safety systems achieved from continuous learning and improvement
  • Keeping themselves and others around them safe at all times
  • Being willing and unafraid to report hazards / risks and unsafe work practices at all times
  • Participating in task analysis, risk identification and the establishment of safe work procedures
  • Wearing and using protective clothing and equipment appropriate for work tasks at all times
  • Reporting any pain or discomfort as soon as possible
  • Ensuring all accidents and near miss incidents are reported
  • Helping new or less experienced employees implement, use and understand safe work procedures and why they exist
  • Maintaining a tidy work place at all times
