Position: Insite Facades - HR Advisor (Sole Charge)

The Role:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be an integral part of the leadership team at our head office in Penrose. You will be a key player to help us maintain our culture across the business and keeping our teams connected.

Some of your responsibilities for supporting our Operations and Site Managers with:

  • 2023 Recruitment Drive
  • Employee Retention & Engagement 
  • Driving strategy & initiatives
  • Performance Management
  • Annual Review & 1:1s
  • Training & Development
  • Employment Relations

Your priority will be Insite Facades but you will also get exposure to the Thermosash Group of companies and be involved in some exciting projects such as HRIS system implementation and be part of key development initiatives/strategies throughout the group.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years generalist experience in a similar role
  • Sound understanding of NZ Employment & payroll legislation
  • Recruitment experience in a blue-collar environment
  • Knowledge of staff work visas and recruitment of overseas candidates
  • Intermediate to advanced level using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A tertiary qualification, Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
  • Construction industry & health & safety-related experience an advantage
