Rainscreen Project Manager

Steve joined Insite Facades Ltd in May 2017 as a Site Project Manager for our Rainscreen Division. Having worked in the Metal Fabrication/Construction Industry with over 20 years experience in various roles from Site, Project, Operations & Branch Management. He is very resourceful with a can do attitude. His role is to coordinate the Design, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Installation of Insite's Rainscreen Products on time and on Budget. He has worked on Award winning projects including the Auckland Art Gallery, Kings School & MPI.

Ryder Senior

General Manager

As General Manager Ryder directs and coordinates activities across the different facets of the installation business, with a particular focus on the administrative functions to keep the wheels turning.  Ryder has spent 14 years building his own business before joining Insite Facades with a clear mandate to grow and develop the installation business to meet the growing needs of the Thermosash forward workload whilst positioning Insite to take advantage of the burgeoning Rainscreen market.
Ryder brings with his grit, determination and the ability to get the best out of people. One particular aspect of the role that he enjoys the most is bringing skilled people together around a common problem to nut-out the best solution.

Adam Reeve

Estimating Manager

Adam is the Estimating Manager at Insite Facades overseeing the Estimating/QS department.

Having extensive experience working in sales and estimating departments for specialist façade envelope contractors in both the UK and New Zealand, he is well placed to manage the pre-construction tender phase. Adam understands the roles and responsibilities required to deliver complex projects to time and budget whilst focusing on exceeding client expectations.

Roxanne Mason

Office Manager & HR

Roxanne joined the Insite Team in October 2017 and is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the administration and accounts functions including HR and staff development & culture.
She previously worked in her family business for 12 years as Office & Accounts Manager in the construction industry, before doing a year of contract bookkeeping and deciding to venture into HR and completing a diploma in Human Resource Management at MIT. 

Luke Barnes

Operations Manager

Luke joined Insite in 2010, starting on the tools and working his way up to Operations Manager.  Luke has a passion for construction, having completed a Bachelor of Construction Management at Unitec and went through the Multiplex Construction construction management cadet programme. During his time at Multiplex he supervised the facades trades, including working closely with the Insite team which eventually lead to him joining Insite.  Luke's main responsibilities at Insite are project set-up, methodology, project management, and health and safety.

Alan Heavey

Construction Manager

Alan started his career with Auckland Window Services who were contracted to Thermosash (TCL) for 4 years.  Then he started working for Jonathan at the old Insite Aluminium. He worked for Insite for 14 years before the company joined TCL and became Insite Facades. In all, Alan has worked for the Group for 29 years.  As the Construction Manager his role is to deliver projects on time and with no leaks. His other role is to pass on knowledge to the junior installers and managers so that the company can grow and breed world class installers.
